Common questions.
Do I need my own Retell AI account?
No. Voicers manages the Retell AI infrastructure on your behalf. You can optionally bring your own Retell API key (Settings → Integrations) to use your own account and billing, but it is not required to get started.
Do I need my own Cal.com account?
Yes — Cal.com has a generous free tier that covers most use cases. You connect your Cal.com API key in Settings → Integrations. The free plan supports unlimited event types and bookings, so there is no extra cost.
What does the $0.10/min Retell AI cost include?
Everything: voice synthesis (TTS), speech recognition (STT), the LLM powering the conversation, and telephony (the phone call itself). No separate ElevenLabs bill, no separate OpenAI bill, no Twilio bill. One price, all-inclusive.
What happens when I hit my included minutes?
Calls continue without interruption. Overage is billed at $0.15/min (Starter/Pro) or $0.12/min (Agency) at the end of your billing period. You will see a real-time minutes counter in your dashboard so there are no surprises.
Does this work for outbound calls?
The platform is optimised for inbound calls — leads calling you. Outbound calling (dialers, follow-up sequences) is on the roadmap for Q3 2025. Join the waitlist in Settings if you need that feature.
